Can i register manually (offline)?
There are no manual registrations for the event, every individual has to register online.
How can an overseas applicant register for the Event?
An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations.

Is there a early bird offer?
Yes,
- Early bird registration window – 28th september 2023 till 23:59:59 on 31st october 2023
- There is no discounted registration fee for early bird offer window
- Early bird registrants are entitled to receive a wow running t-shirt & voucher (Early bird offer pack) from Inorbit Mall. Date & time of collection from Inorbit Mall would be communicated after early bird window closes.
- You will also receive race running Tee during the BIB collection expo in January.
- If you are a resident of Hyderabad, we request you to come in person to collect the above from the Information Desk, Level 2, Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad.
If you are a non-resident of Hyderabad, we shall send your early bird offer pack via courier to the shipping address mentioned in the registration form.
Can I register for my friend or family member ?
No. Each individual applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself.
You cannot register on your family or friend’s behalf.
Will i get a race day t-shirt & when?
Race day t-shirt is complimentary. You will receive it in the race kit while collecting the bib.
Will I get a option to exchange the race t-shirt size?
No, the sizes are ordered well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt size.
I register under early bird offer will i get the same race kit like other participants?
All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same items.
Can i participate in multiple race categories?
No. You can only participate in one race category
What is the last date of registration?
We will announce the dates on our website, facebook page and other social media.
Once registered can i transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
Once your registration is successful, Transfer, Cancel or Refund will NOT be entertained, under any circumstances.
Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?
Yes, Race category change via online registration portal will be accepted till the 31st December 2023 or until the last date of registration whichever is earlier.
HOWEVER , After a successful transaction, Upgrade in race category from 10K to Half Marathon will attract the difference amount in the fee of Rs 300
No refund shall be given in case of change in the race category downgrade from Half Marathon to 10K /5K timed or non-timed run.
Change in race category at the time of bib collection will attract Rs 200 as processing fee + the difference fee amount.
Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do i correct it?
Please send an email to idcrsupport@rungeeks.in with the correct details and we will update it.
There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but i did not receive a confirmation. What should i do?
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 5 working days automatically. However, please email idcrsupport@rungeeks.in with details of your registration & proofs – date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
Can i change the race category on race day?
NO.

Can we collect the bib on race day?
No, it has to be collected from bib collection desk as per the said date & time.
Details of the bib collection will be soon communicated.
Do we need to get the id proof while collecting the bib?
Yes, displaying your govt approved ID card is mandatory. Also, your name printed on the ID card must match the name provided in the registration form.
Can you send me my Running Number Bib via Post or Courier?
No. All participants must come in person to the Inorbit Mall to collect their Bibs.
Will I be eligible for a refund in case I didn’t pick up my confirmed bib from the expo?
No, registration fees is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Is parking facility available
There is ample parking inside and around inorbit mall
Will the timing chip be provided?
Yes, a timing chip will be provided for only half marathon and 10k and 5k timed run participants. 5k fun run participants will not be entitled for a timing chip & timing certificate.
Where is the race start venue ?
Inorbit mall Hyderabad.
What is the start time of the race?
Race start times will be communicated closer to the event date.
Are there cash prizes?
Yes, we will be announcing them shortly.
Are there age categories for prizes?
Yes, to be announced shortly.
Are mobile toilets available?
Toilets are available inside the mall. It will be available at the route also.
Will there be a baggage counter?
Yes.
What will be the route?
Run will start in front of inorbit mall however, we will publish the route map soon .
Will there be medical base camps?
Yes, there will be a medical base camp at the event with adequate ambulances on the race route.
Will there be medical stations on the route?
Yes, medical assistance stations will be available on the race route
Will there by water and hydration station available and at what distance?
Yes, we plan to provide hydration station at every 2km distance approximately
Will there be any signage board or volunteers available for direction?
Yes
Will refreshments or breakfast be available?
Yes, post run breakfast will be served .
Will the finisher get the certificate and medal?
Yes, all finisher who participates and cross the finish line will get finisher medal and timed race category runners will receive e certificate.
