- We value your privacy information, so your privacy information will be protected, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy when making online registrations. When registering our account, users shall provide the personal registration information.
- Depending on the race and category amount paid will include registration cost, reimbursable expenses of T-Shirt, Timing Chip, Medal, Breakfast and race support.
- As part of the order process, we collect the following essential customer information: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Occupation, Id card details, recent photograph, blood group. The contact information is only used to get in touch with you when necessary.
- The information you provide to us is not given or sold to any outside party except for the race organisers. Your email address is used only to provide you with an order confirmation and tracking number and to communicate race related information with you
- Your phone number is used to contact you in case of a problem with registration of yours and race related information.
- Your Credit Card information is only used to confirm whether the billing address is the same with the shipping address.
- Please choose the event carefully, confirmed registrations shall be non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be modified, in any manner whatsoever. Provide us with a secure email address that you can access regularly, as this will be our primary means of contacting you during the run up to the event. We shall not be responsible in any way in case of emails getting blocked by your domain.
- Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add idcrsupport@inorbit.in to their address list.
- We will be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form. This should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider. In case of any information being missed out by you due to activation of DND services or any similar service, we won’t be liable in any manner whatsoever.
- Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
- Please fill out only those fields that are necessary for mailing purposes. Do not provide redundant data in multiple fields (i.e. do not list the same data for city, province, and country), as this will only complicate our ability to contact you, if necessary.
- By registering you agree and acknowledge that running long distance running / cycling / swimming / duathlons / triathlons are extreme sports and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in the Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (#IDCR) and do not hold the organizing committee or society or other organizing persons or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
- You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination, at your sole cost and expense, to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
- You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats, and all other risks associated with a public event.
- You agree that organizers of Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (IDCR) Hyderabad 2024 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
- You agree and acknowledge to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
- You agree and acknowledge that S S Events and associated companies or entities that organize the run shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the Event.
- You confirm that you filled in a questionnaire on your medical condition as requested with true and correct information in order to assist them in case of an emergency.
- You acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run, SS Events or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the Event and for the compilation of statistical information.
- S S Events will contact the runners only by email or if required by phone. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
- If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about our privacy notice, please kindly e-mail us. We respect your privacy and we will not share the information you provide us with outside companies or organizations. We have your best interest at heart and believe you will appreciate our conviction to your security. This is our commitment.
- S S Events will be only LIABLE OF THE AMOUNT WHICH THE USER/ PARTCIPANTS PAYS TO US.
- There will be no cancellation/refund of the amount once the registration transaction is successful.
- Any health problems during or after a run, the event organizers and event location owners will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
- You also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race Director or the Medical Staff or by the Aid Station Volunteers and shall abide by the instructions thereof.
- You confirm that your name and media recordings were taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event and you have no objection with respect to such publicizing of such media or details.
- You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (IDCR) Hyderabad 2024 or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.
- For any reason you cannot turn up on race day, no refund of any form will be given.
- If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/ guardian of the child and that he/she has your permission to take part in the event. You further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he/she was a major.
- Participants participating in an on-ground event must personally appear for collecting the running Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with the written consent of the registered runners along with supporting documents.
- Runners will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues. We expect total co-operation from runners in this regard.
- You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats, and all other risks associated with a public event.
