The run will start from Inorbit Mall which will be the holding area and will go across the decided route and way back. Given the Covid -19 situations, all the safety measures are implemented in cooperation with the Health Authorities to ensure all participants have a safe and highly satisfactory Race experience.

Running the Inorbit Vashi Run promises to be a satisfying and safe event in the times of unlocking from the Covid-19 Pandemic. The race has been designed with several Covid-19 safety measures and alterations so that norms of the mask, social distancing, sanitization are maintained without compromising on the thrill of a spectacular run.

The Event date is kept in abeyance due to pandemic situation, the race is starting from the Vashi Inorbit Mall, and will run a 21Kms distance. The exact route will be disclosed once finalized with the authorities. The 10K and 21K races will have an age category and there will be no open category. To maintain social distancing, there will be a wave start so there is no bunching of the runners at the start point. The race will be flagged off in waves with markings and social distancing and all prizes and timings will be on Net Time and not Gun Time. It is decided to give prizes to maintain the thrill of the run. The elite category based on the timing will be flagged off first to maintain social distancing and avoid overtaking along the route.

The route itself has been planned such that there is no overlapping of the runners and the breadth of the route and number of runners are simulated to ensure that runners need not brush against each other in the quest for personal best timings. The 5K route takes into account similar considerations and they will be flagged off in waves.
