Inorbit Vashi Run Facilities:
The facilities available to the participants are all usual facilities except for some changes due to the Covid – 19 adaptation. The usual facilities runners get are as under

1. Parking: There is space for 715 cars and 150 two-wheelers inside the Inorbit Mall. On arrival kindly display your BiB to the parking attendant to ensure free parking on the day of the event. Kindly follow the instructions of parking attendants for a smooth entry.
2. Drop off zone: Participants coming in by private vehicle and dropped off or Auto Rickshaw, Ola, Uber, etc will have a marked drop off zone. These participants are kindly requested to go to the drop-off zone, get themselves dropped off, and walk inside the mall. All three mall entrances will be used for entry.
3. Baggage Counter: It is suggested to the participants to kindly leave their bags in the cars as there will be no baggage counter in the mall for leaving baggage.
4. Other Facilities: On arrival, the participants will have access to minimal medical facilities, toilets, and drinking water.
5. Warm-Up sessions: A socially distant warm-up session (with social distancing)

During the Race, the participants are entitled to have sterilized non-contracted water and in-race nutrition. There will be a staggered start ensuring social distancing. Route signages, KiloMeter markers, and volunteers on the entire route to guide the participants for 21K, 10K, and 5K. Timing mats for 21K, 10K, and 5K timed runners to ensure the completeness of the route and to capture the timing.
At the finish line, the participants will get a finishers medal which will be uniquely designed as a souvenir item and also a packed breakfast. After the race, there will be a medical camp. A small prize distribution ceremony for those who are declared as winners. There will also be selfie booths in the holding area to capture your moment of glory and participation, in the 2nd edition of the prestigious event.
